Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je dan opći prikaz Francis turbina. Definirane su hidrodinamičke značajke i utvrđeno mjesto i uloga ovog tipa u porodici vodnih turbina. Analiziran je fenomen kavitacije s posebnim osvrtom na kavitaciju Francis turbina. Definirani su uzroci, tipovi i neželjene posljedice ove pojave. Dan je kratki pregled metoda u istraživanjima kavitacije. Rad predstavlja realizaciju eksperimentalnog određivanja koeficijenta kavitacije na modelu turbine starog rotora HE Peruca (mjerilo 1:7). Eksperiment je rađen na ispitnoj stanici za Francis Turbine u Turboinstitutu, Ljubljana. Program mjerenja obuhvaća preko 150 mjernih točaka i to za netto padove 30, 36.2, 39.2 i 47 m i otvore sprovodnog aparata, Ao = 0.8 ... 1.6 . Izvršeno je mjerenje energetskih karakteristika modela i određivanje kavitacijskih karakteristika modela u skladu s preporukama IEC 193 i IEC 609 i vizualizacija cjelokupne podtlačne i djelomično pretlačne strane lopatica. Simultano je vršeno promatranje vrtloga u difuzoru i snimanje video kamerom. Pomoću stroboskopa, praćene su sve pojave vezane za nastanak i razvoj kavitacije, a sva zapažanja skicirana su i uspoređena s rezultatima mjerenja. U radu je prezentirana mjerna stanica za ispitivanja modela Francis turbina. Dane su karakteristike mjerne opreme, postupak obrade mjerenih fizikalnih veličina i rezultati ispitivanja kavitacije predmetnog modela. Na kraju je procijenjena točnost mjerenja fizikalnih veličina na ovoj ispitnoj stanici.

Abstract

In this work is given a general view of a Francis turbines. There are also defined hydrodinamic characteristics and its role and position in the water turbines family. Cavitation phenomenon with the special view on the cavitation of Francis turbines is analyzed. Causes, types and unregretted consequences are defined. Also is given a short view of research methods in the cavitation investigations. This work represents the realisation of experimentally determining of cavitation coeficients on the model of the old prototype - HPP Peruca (scalel:7). Experiment have been performed in Turboinstitute on the test rig for testing Francis turbine models, Ljubljana. Measuring program includes over 150 measurement points on net heads 30, 36.2, 29.2 i 47 m, for the guide vane opening Ao = 0.8 ... 1.6 . Measuring energy and cavitation characteristics of the model, according to the IEC 193 and IEC 609, and the visualitation of the completely suction and the presure side of runner blades are performed. Visualitation of cavitating vortices in the draft tube and a video filming is performed simultaneosly. All phenomenones in the relation with cavitation inception and cavitation development are attended by stroboscope, all observations are sketched and comparated with the measurement results. Test rig for Francis model observations is presented in this work. Characteristics of measuring equipments, the method of calculation phisicaly values and results of investigation cavitation characteristics for this model are given. Finally, evalution for measurement accuracy physicaly values of this test rig is given.
