Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je utvrđen moment uvijanja u ovisnosti o kutu uvijanja tkiva zbite kosti pokusnih životinja i čovjeka. Na temelju podataka za pokusne životinje koji su utvrđeni mjerenjem pretpostavljeni su podaci zavisnosti momenta uvijanja i kuta uvijanja za čovjeka. Radi različitih dimenzija modela postupak mjerenja je proveden na dva jednostavna torzijska uređaja, "malom" i "velikom". Iz dobivenih rezultata za opterećenje, koje je bilo načinjeno pomoću utega, izračunat je moment uvijanja. Ti podaci su poslužili kao ulazni podaci za program razvijen u Microsoft Visual Basic i Microsoft Access. Pomoću tih programa je izračunata zavisnost momenta uvijanja i kuta uvijanja za tkivo zbite kosti čovjeka kad bi ono bilo obrađivano različitim metabolicima vitamina D3. Mjerenje je provedeno na četiri skupine tkiva zbite kost pokusnih životinja. Jedna skupina je bila kontrolna, a tri skupine su bile obrađivane različitim metabolicima vitamina D3. Istovjetno mjerenje provedeno je na samo jednoj skupini tkiva zbite kosti čovjeka, zbog nemogućnosti obrađivanja čovjeka s metabolicima vitamina D3. Pri mjerenju su utvrđene funkcionalne veze između kuta uvijanja i momenta uvijanja za sve skupine kostanog tkiva životinja, a na temelju tih rezultata učinjeno je predviđanje kako bi se čovjekovo tkivo zbite kosti ponašalo ako bi ga se obrađivalo metabolicima vitamina D3.

Abstract

The paper deals with the torsional moment depending on the angle of torsion of the compact bone in laboratory animals and humans. Based on the data for laboratory animals obtained by measurement, the data on dependence of the torsional moment and the angle of torsional were assumed for the humans. Due to different dimensions of models, the measurement was carried out on two simple torsion devices, a ""small"" and a ""big"" one. On the basis of the obtained results for load effected by weights, the torsional moment was calculated. These data then served as input for the program developed in Microsoft Visual Basic and Microsoft Access. These programs were used to calculate the dependence of the torsional moment and the angle of torsion for the tissue of the compact bone in humans, if it were treated with various metabolites of vitamin D3. Measurements were carried out on four groups of the compact bone in laboratory animals. One was the control group, and the other three groups were treated by various vitamin D3 metabolites. Equal measurements were performed on only one group of the compact bone in humans, due to the impossibility to treat humans with vitamin D3 metabolites. Functional relations between the angle of torsion and the torsional moment for all the groups of animal bony tissue were determined by measurements, and the results were used to assume the reaction of human compact bone tissue if treated by vitamin D3 metabolites.
