Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je teoretski i eksperimentalno obrađena problematika vezana uz procjenu mjerne nesigurnosti na rezultate mjerenja sile. Posebno je posvećena pažnja utjecajnim veličinama na proces umjeravanja opreme za mjerenje sile, da bi se ustanovilo djelovanje istih na rezultate umjeravanja i kako bi ih se kvantificiralo. \Na temelju toga bit ce provedena procjena mjerne nesigurnosti. U teoretskom dijelu dano je opće značenje mjerne nesigurnosti, te metode i modeli za proračun i procjenu iste uz pregled potrebnih statističkih temelja. Po pitanju mjerenja sile dat je pregled opreme za umjeravanje i opreme za mjerenje sile s njihovim najznačajnijim karakteristikama. Kroz piramidu sljedivosti za silu i vrijednosti mjernih nesigurnosti prikazan je odnos između pojedinih etalona za silu, te položaj određene opreme u piramidi. Opisane su osnovne metode umjeravanja prema trenutno važećim međunarodnim normama te i utjecajne veličine na njih. Na kraju teoretskog dijela prikazan je okvirni plan za procjenu i proracun mjerne nesigurnosti i najveće mjerne sposobnosti kao i njihova prenosivost od nacionalnog etalona pa do ispitnog uređaja (kidalice). Eksperimentalni dio proveden je kroz dvije faze na odabranom uzorku opreme Laboratorija za ispitivanje mehaničkih svojstava pri Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Prema prethodnom planu u prvoj fazi izvršeno je umjeravanje prijenosnih etalona kao umjernih uređaja, a u drugoj fazi tim istim umjernim uređajima provedeno umjeravanje kidalica. Kroz obje faze definirane su utjecajne veličine, procijenjene vrijednosti njihovih nesigurnosti, sto je popraćeno matematičkim modelom za proračun proširene nesigurnosti određene opreme. Analizom dobivenih rezultata ocijenjena je najveća mjerna sposobnost Laboratorija. \Na kraju, na temelju svih ovih podataka, razrađena je shema umjeravanja etalona i opreme za mjerenje sile u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Abstract

In the work the problems related to evaluation of uncertainty of measurement on results of force measurement have been theoretically and experimentally elaborated. Attention has specially been directed on influence quantity on the process of calibration of the equipment for force measurement, in order to find impact of the same on results of calibration and how to quantify them. On this basis, evaluation of uncertainty of measurement will be undertaken. In the theoretical part general meaning of uncertainty of measurement has been given, and the methods and models for calculation and estimation of the same with an overview of necessary statistical basis. Regarding the force measurement, an overview of equipment for calibration has been given as well as of the equipment for force measurement with their most important characteristics. Through pyramid of tractability for the force and values of uncertainty of measurement, a relation among particular force standards has been shown, and position of certain equipment in pyramid. Basic standard methods of calibration have been described according to currently valid international rates as well as influence quantities on them. At the end of the theoretical part a general plan for evaluation and estimation of uncertainty of measurement and the best measurement capability has been shown as well as their transmissibility from national standard all the way through testing unit (material testing machine). The experimental part has been undertaken through two phases on the chosen sample of the equipment of the Laboratory for Testing Mechanical Properties at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb. According to the previous plan in the first phase a calibration of transfer standards has been done as calibrating units, and in the second phase with the very same calibrating units a calibration of material transfer standard has been undertaken. Through both phases influence quantities of estimated values of their uncertainty have been defined, which has been accompanied by the mathematical model for calculation of the widened uncertainty of particular equipment. The best measurement capability of Laboratory has been evaluated trough analysis of the obtained results. At the end, based on all these facts, a scheme chart outline of calibration standards and equipment for force measurement in Republic of Croatia has been detailedly defined.
