Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je izvršeno eksperimentalno određivanje hidrodinamičkih značajki direktnog niskotlačnog regulatora tlaka plina za konstantne uvjete izlaznog tlaka plina za zahtijevano područje masenog protoka pri promjenjivom ulaznom tlaku. Osnovna namjena regulatora tlaka plina je održavanje konstantnog tlaka na izlazu bez obzira na promjene protoka i ulaznog tlaka. Stabilan rad trošila za predviđeno područje protoka moguć je jedino pod uvjetom da je osiguran konstantan tlak plina. Niskotlačni regulatori tlaka plina su uređaji s maksimalnim ulaznom tlakom do 100 mbar i izlaznim tlakom ovisno o vrsti plina, od 8 do 33 mbar i maksimalnim protokom do 25 m3/h. Definiran je hidrodinamički model strujanja kroz niskotlačni regulator tlaka, to su dani aproksimativni izrazi koji kvantificiraju osnovne hidrodinamičke značajke ispitivanog regulatora tlaka.

Abstract

An experimental determing of hydrodynamic characteristics of a direct gas pressure regulator for low inlet pressure has been carried out. The characteristics has been obtained for a constant outlet pressure for a given range of a mass flow rate and at the varying inlet pressure. The main purpose of gas pressure regulator is to maintain constant outlet pressure, regardless the changes of flow and inlet pressure. Stable operation of gas appliances for given flow range is possible only if gas pressure is constant. The gas pressure regulators for low inlet pressure are devices for maximum inlet pressure up to 100 mbar and outlet pressure ranging from 8 to 33 mbar, depending on gas type, and for a flow rate up to 25 m3/h. A model of fluid flow through the low pressure regulator has been defined, and expressions that quantifie main hydrodynamic characteristics of tested regulator are given.
