Abstract (Croatian)
Osnovna ideja ovog rada bila je dati uvid u izuzetno bitno područje kontrolnih ventila kao tipa opreme koji služi ne samo za kontrolu procesa, već i za postizanje optimalnih performansi nuklearnih elektrana. \No, ono što je pri tome najbitnije, to je ispravan odabir strategije održavanja ovih ventila, kao garancije da će funkciju za koju su namijenjeni obavljati sigurno i pouzdano. U radu je dan i pregled suvremenih trendova u području održavanja tehničkih sustava. Osim toga, namjera je bila i dati kratak prikaz funkcioniranja nuklearnih elektrana te ukazati na njihov siguran i pouzdan rad, ekološku prihvatljivost te neminovnost. Kao primjer dan je detaljniji prikaz strategije poslovanja i održavanja \Nuklearne Elektrane Krško (\NEK). I na kraju, dat je i pregled razvoja i implementacije AOV programa, detaljne informacije u svezi utjecaja AOV-a na funkcioniranje \NE te konkretne dobiti nakon optimizacije njihovih performansi, u svrhu čega je predložen i način unapređenja održavanja ovih ventila.
Abstract
The basic idea of this paper is to provide insight into the very important field of control valves as a type of equipment that is used not only for process control, but also for achieving optimal performances of nuclear power plants. What is most important is the correct selection of maintenance strategy for these valves, as a guarantee that the function for which they are designed will be performed safely and reliably. Also, this paper gives an overview of contemporary trends in the field of technical systems maintenance. Besides, the intention was also to give a presentation of the functioning of nuclear power plants and point to their safe and reliable operation, environmental acceptability and inevitability. As an example, a more detailed strategy for operation and maintenance of Nuclear Power Plant Krško (NEK) is given. At the end, the review of the development and implementation of AOV program is given, as well as detailed information regarding the impact of AOV operation on NPP performances, including all related benefits, for which purpose the maintenance improvement of these valves is recommended.
