Radom je prikazano korištenje simulacijskih postupaka u upravljanju proizvodnim procesom gradnje samopodizne platforme. Pri tome je korišten programski paket Taylor ED 2000 koji omogućuje modeliranje, vizualizaciju i eksperimentiranje s modelom. Položaj simulacijskih postupaka kao elementa u procesu projektiranja brodogradilišta definiran je u drugom poglavlju rada, gdje se govori o načinu projektiranja novog proizvodnog procesa, to o elementima projekta. Da bi se mogao izraditi simulacijski model procesa gradnje trupa samopodizne platforme potrebno je poznavati proizvodni proces brodogradilišta u kome ce se platforma graditi kao i struktura platforme. U to svrhu treće poglavlje razrađuje projektno rješenje mogućeg brodogradilišta, definira faze proizvodne razmještaj radnih prostora, strojeva, uređaja i transportnih sredstava. 1eineijenni predlo2enog projektnog rješenja pomoću programskog paketa Taylor ED 2000 kreiran je model proizvodnog procesa. četvrtim poglavljem određene su značajke samopodizne platforme i tehnološka raščlana njenog trupa što je nužno za kreiranje modela platforme programskim paketom Taylor ED 2000, čija je struktura i način rada obrađena u petom poglavlju. Da bi se mogli uspješno kreirati modeli samopodizne platforme i proizvodnog procesa brodogradilišta u šestom poglavlju su definirani i proračunati svi za to potrebni elementi. Nakon izrade modela slijede u sedmom poglavlju eksperimenti s modelom i analiza izlaznih rezultata. Eksperimenti se rade za različite ulazne podatke, analizira se godišnji proizvodni program kao i utjecaj promjena u modelu proizvodnog procesa na izradu modela trupa samopodizne platforme. Zaključkom su iznesene prednosti i nedostaci korištenja programskih pat . „ modeliranje, vizualizaciju i eksperimentiranje s modelom u upravljanju proizvodnim procesom.
Abstract
This Master's thesis presents the usage of the simulation method in management of the jack-up drilling rig building process. Software Taylor ED 2000, which enables modeling, visualization and experimentation with the model, has been used. The second chapter of the thesis defines the simulation method and its role in the shipbuilding design process, and it also gives a description of the process of designing a new production. In order to create the jack-up drilling rig building process we need to know the characteristics of the production process of the shipyard where the rig is to be built, as well as those of the drilling rig structure. For that purpose, the third chapter considers the design solution of a shipyard, the phases in its production process and the arrangement of working areas, as well as its machines, transport devices and equipment. The production process model is created by means of the soft N s ED 2000. Characteristics of the jack-up drilling rig and its hull division into joints are considered in the fourth chapter, which is required for creation of the drilling rig model by the software Taylor ED 2000. The structure of the software and its characteristics are given in the fifth chapter. The drilling rig model and the production process model are created in the sixth chapter, which includes all necessary values and calculation. The seventh chapter presents the experiments with the model and the result analysis, which follow the creation of the model. Experiments with different input values are carried out; the annual production rate and the influence of changes in the production process model on the drilling rig model finishing are analyzed. Conclusion points out the advantages of using the software Taylor ED 2000 for modeling, visualization and experimentation with the model in the production process management.
