Abstract (Croatian)

U radu se pristupilo sveobuhvatnoj analizi i optimiranju najutjecajnijih čimbenika pri postupku izradbe boca od poli(etilen-tereftalata) za pakiranje jestivog ulja. Provedeno je opsežno literaturno istraživanje u kojem je dan pregled najnovijih saznanja na području PET ambalaže, s osobitim naglaskom na postupak izradbe PET boca injekcijskim razvlačnim puhanjem. Zatim se pristupilo ispitivanju utjecaja pojedinih čimbenika izradbe na odrednice kvalitete bitne pri izradbi PET boca za pakiranje jestivog ulja, konačni obujam i naknadno stezanje. Utvrđeni su najutjecajniji faktori koji utječu na obujam i stezanje PET boca: temperatura predoblika (temperatura s kojom predoblik ulazi u kalup za puhanje) i temperatura skladištenja (temperatura pri kojoj se boce skladište u silosu za skladištenje). Povišenje temperature predoblika pozitivno utječe na končani obujam boce i na naknadno stezanje PET boce, a povišenje temperature skladištenja ima suprotni, negativan učinak.

Abstract

The work deals with the comprehensive analysis and optimization of the most influencing factors in the procedure of manufacturing poly(ethylene-terephtalate) bottles for packaging of table oil. A comprehensive literature survey has been performed providing an overview of the latest knowledge in the PET packaging field, with special emphasis on the PET bottles manufacturing procedure by injection stretch blow moulding. Next, the influence of individual manufacturing factors on the quality guidelines important in the manufacturing of PET bottles for table oil packaging, final volume, and postshrinkage have been studied. The most influencing factors have been determined which affect the volume and shrinkage of PET bottles: preform temperature (temperature at which the preform enters the blow mould), and storage temperature (temperature at which the bottles are stored in the storing silo). The increase in preform temperature has a positive influence on the final bottle volume and the postshrinkage of PET bottles, whereas the influence of increase in storage temperature has opposite, negative effect.
