Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je opisan primjer primjene raznovrsnih ispitivanja radi procjene upotrebljivosti starog cjevovoda vodika koji se nakon dužeg perioda mirovanja stavlja u rad. Cjevovod je izgrađen i pušten u rad 1980 godine i kontinuirano se upotrebljavao do 1989 godine. U navedenom razdoblju rada cjevovod se rabio za transport plinovitog vodika s postrojenja katalitičkog reforminga KP-5 na postrojenje za proizvodnju aromatskih ugljikovodika (benzena, o-ksilena i p-ksilena) KP-7. Osim prethodnog navedenog rada, cjevovod je ponovno stavljen u šestomjesečni rad s istom zadaćom u toku 1996. godine. \Nakon toga cjevovod vodika nije se, do danas, upotrebljavao za transport nijedne vrste medija. Tokom završetka 2010 godine cjevovod se ponovno stavlja u rad s istim zadatkom dobave plinovitog vodika kao sirovine za proizvodni proces izomerizacije na postrojenju KP-7. Zbog navedene potrebe određivanja utjecaja vodika na mehanička svojstva materijala cjevovoda provedena su mehanička i tehnološka ispitivanjima a ispitana je i mikrostruktura. Tlačnim ispitivanjem cjevovoda provedeno sa vodom ispitano je stanje cjevovoda vodika na mogućnost propuštanja plinovitog medija koji će se transportirati kroz cjevovod. Metalografskim ispitivanjima ispitana je mikrostruktura materijala cjevovoda, na utjecaje erozije i korozije koji mogu dovesti do oštećenja cjevovoda. Charpyevom metodom ispitana je žilavost materijala cjevovoda koja pokazuje da li je došlo do smanjenja žilavosti zbog difuzije vodika u unutrašnjost mikrostrukture tijekom ranijeg korištenja cjevovoda. Također je provedeno ispitivanje tvrdoće materijala cjevovoda. Krajem 2010. godine provedena su ispitivanja cjevovoda u:  Rafineriji nafte Sisak, I\NA d.d. i  u Zavodu za materijale, Laboratorij za mehanička ispitivanja materijala i Laboratoriju za metalografska ispitivanja Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje u Zagrebu. Cilj stručnog rada bio je utvrditi postojeće stanje mehaničkih i tehnoloških svojstva materijala (žilavosti, tvrdoće, mikrostrukture itd.) cjevovoda u svrhu njegove ponovne sigurne i kvalitetne upotrebe za transport plinovitog vodika.

Abstract

This paper describes the testing of pipelines for transport of hydrogen gas that is put into operation again after a long period of time. The pipeline was built and put into operation 1980 years and continued in use until 1989 year. In this period of the pipeline was used for the transport of gaseous hydrogen from catalytic reforming plant KP-5 on the plant for production of aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, o-xylene and p-xylene) KP-7. This pipeline put back in six months working with the same task during the 1996 year. After this pipeline has not, until now, used to transport any kind of media. During the end of 2010 years the pipeline is put into operation again for supply of hydrogen gas as a feedstock for the production process of isomerization of plant KP-7. Because of determining the influence of hydrogen on the mechanical properties of pipe materials were carried out mechanical and technological tests and test microstructures. Pressure testing of hydrogen pipelines was done with water for the checking to the possibility of leakage of gaseous media outside of pipeline. Metallographic test microstructure of the pipeline was done to see effects of erosion and corrosion that can damage the pipeline. Charpyevom method was tested toughness of the material of the pipeline, decrease of toughness showing diffusion of hydrogen into the microstructure during the early use of the pipeline. Also was done hardness testing piping materials. Of the End 2010 year tests of pipelines were done: • Refinery Sisak, INA dd and • Department of Materials, Laboratory for Mechanical Testing and Materials Laboratory for metallographic examination of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb. The aim of the expert study was to determine the current status of the mechanical and technological properties (toughness, hardness, microstructure, etc.) pipeline for quality and safe transport of gaseous hydrogen.
