Abstract (Croatian)

Današnji industrijski roboti namijenjeni su raznim zadaćama pa se zato konstruiraju da zadovolje što je moguće više različitih primjena. Takvo konstruiranje podrazumijeva sučelja, koja omogućavaju povezivanje robota s raznim alatima, a time i realizaciju obavljanja raznih zadataka. Upravo se zato roboti prodaju bez alata (hvataljke, alata za zavarivanje, alata za pakiranje i drugih), koji se moraju kupiti, montirati i integrirati naknadno. U ovom radu bit će predstavljena industrijska servo-električna hvataljka Schunk PT-AP 70-R, njezino povezivanje s okolinom te mogućnosti upravljanja njezinim radom. Također, bit će predstavljeni roboti Fanuc M-10iA i M-3iA, koji su s hvataljkom predviđeni za montiranje i programsku integraciju, te njihov rad na zadatku manipulacije predmetima („pick-and-place“).

Abstract

Modern industrial robots have to be able to perform different tasks so that’s why they’re designed in a way that they can meet different demands. Such design implies interfaces that enable the connection of a robot with different tools (grippers, welding tools, packing tools and so on), which have to be purchased and installed separately. This thesis deals with the industrial servo-electric gripper Schunk PT-AP 70-R, the ways it can be connected with it's surroundings and options for it's control. It also presents industrial robots Fanuc M-10iA and M-3iA, which are planned to be connected with the gripper. Finally, it will present their work in unison on a task which involves movement of parts („pick-and-place“).
