Abstract (Croatian)

U okviru diplomskog rada konstruiran je izmjenjivač topline cijevi u bubnju snage 4 MW za potrebu toplinske stanice kogeneracijskog postrojenja tvrtke đuro đaković Holding koja se treba instalirati u sklopu drvne industrije u Slavonskom Brodu. Toplinska stanica treba osigurati generiranje vrele vode u režimu 180/160 oC za potrebe tehnologije i u slučaju kada turbina ne radi. Za generiranje vrele vode koristi se pregrijana para tlaka 16 bara. Kroz rad je određena klasa aparata, izvršen termodinamički proračun, proračun čvrstoće po normama, hidrodinamički proračun te analiza opasnosti. \Na temelju dobivenih rezultata konstruiran je kondenzator pregrijane pare u programu SolidWorks. \Nacrti su priloženi na kraju rada.

Abstract

In this master thesis shell and tube heat exchanger of 4 MW power capacity is designed for use in thermal station of a cogeneration plant that needs to be installed within the wood industry in Slavonski Brod by the company „Đuro Đaković Holding“. Thermal station should provide hot water in order 180/160 oC for the technology needs even when the turbine is not working. Superheated steam of 16 bar pressure is used to generate hot water. Through the paper a certain class of device is made as well as thermodynamic calculation, strength calculation per applicable norms, hydrodynamic calculation and risk analysis. Based on the results that calculation provided condenser was designed using software SolidWorks. Design drawings are included at the end of the thesis.
