Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je predstavljena šest sigma metodologija kao način upravljanja proizvodnjom. šest sigma teži povećanju uspješnosti poslovanja tako da razinu greške smanji na minimum i poveća kvalitetu samog proizvodnog procesa. šest sigma se temelji na mnoštvu provjerenih statističkih metoda i metoda kontrole kvalitete koje su integrirane u shemu implementacije poznatu pod nazivom DMAIC čije je ime nastalo od prvih slova faza uvođenja programa. Standard ovakvog načina upravljanja proizvodnjom je samo 3,4 pogreške na milijun proizvoda što je posljedica povećanja zahtjeva korisnika, odnosno tržišta i povećanja složenosti suvremenih proizvoda i procesa. Uz sistematizaciju najčešćih statističkih metoda napravljen je kratak opis te način i svrha njihove primjene. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na metode koje se odnose na fazu "Improve" DMAIC sheme, odnosno Planiranje i analizu pokusa, a razrađeno je i nekoliko primjera uporabe navedenih metoda u realnim slučajevima iz proizvodnih procesa.

Abstract

This article presents the Six Sigma methodology as a way of production management. Sigma Six seeks to enhance business performance in a way that the level of error is reduced to a minimum and increases the quality production process itself. Six Sigma is based on a variety of proven statistical methods and quality control methods which are integrated into the scheme of implementation known as DMAIC whose name originates from the first letters of the launching phase. Standard of this production method is only 3,4 mistakes per million products which result in increasing customer requirements, market and increasing complexity of modern products and processes. In addition of the systematization of the most common statistical methods made a brief description of the method and purpose of their application. Particular emphasis is placed on methods related to the "Improve" phase of DMAIC schemes, i.e. Design of experiments, there has been worked out a few examples using these methods in real cases in manufacturing process.
