Industrijske parne turbine su pogonski strojevi koji toplinsku energiju pare pretvaraju u mehanički rad potreban za rad električnih generatora u industrijskim energanama ili pogon radnih strojeva kao što su turbokompreori, pumpe ili ventilatori. Za razliku od tipova turbina koje se koriste u termoelektranama, industrijske turbine osim što su manjih snaga razlikuju se i po načinu gradnje. U ovu skupinu spadaju javne (komunalne) termoelektrane – toplane, koje u kogeneraciji pored toplinske energije proizvode i električnu energiju, čime se povećava ukupna energetska iskoristivost postrojenja. Električna energija predaje se elektroenergetskom sustavu, a ogrjevna para za grijanje određenog naseljenog područja ili nekog tehnološkog procesa. U postupku revitalizacije industrijske parne turbine s reguliranim oduzimanjem pare, koja radi u kogeneracijskoj termoelektrani, odlučeno je da se u cilju poboljšanja energetske pretvorbe, postojeće lopatice koje su izvedene sa starijima, aerodinamičkim lošijim profilima, zamjene s lopaticama koje će biti izvedene s novim, aerodnimačkim poboljšanim, profilima. U okviru rada dan je opis parnih turbina te izveden termodinamički i aerodinamički proračun stupnjeva turbine. Dobiveni rezultati su korišteni za konstrukciju profila dviju grupa statorskih i rotorskih lopatica pomoću metode polinoma 5. reda. U svrhu provjera definiranih geometrijskih karakteristika profila provedeno je numeričko modeliranje strujanja kroz 6. stupanj visokotlačnog dijela turbine. Koncepcijski crtež uzdužnog presjeka revitalizirane turbine s glavnim mjerama priložen je na kraju samog diplomskog rada.

Abstract

Industrial steam turbines are operating machines that turn heat energy of steam into mechanical work needed for the operation of electric generators in power plants or industrial plant machinery such as Turbo-compressors, pumps or fans. Unlike the types of turbines used in power plants, industrial turbines differ in the fact that they have less force and in the way of construction. This group includes public (municipal) power plants - power plants, which in addition to cogeneration of thermal energy produce electricity as well, thereby increasing the overall energetic efficiency of the plant. Electricity is delivered to the power system and fuel vapour is delivered to heat certain populated area or a technological process. In the process of revitalization of industrial steam turbines with a regulated deduction of steam, which works in cogeneration power plant, it was decided that in order to improve energy conversion, existing blades, carried out with the older, aerodynamically poorer profiles, should be replaced with the blades carried out with the new, aerodynamic and improved profiles. This paper gives a description of the steam turbine and a derived thermodynamic and aerodynamic budget of turbine degrees. The results were used to construct profiles of the two groups of stator and rotor blades with the use of analytical methods. In order to test the defined geometric characteristics of profiles, a numerical modelling of flow through the sixth stage of high-pressure turbine section was conducted. Conceptual drawing of longitudinal section of refurbished turbine with the main measures is attached at the end of the thesis.
