Abstract (Croatian)

Glodaći obradni centri su samostojeći visokoautomatizirani numerički upravljani alatni strojevi kojima je dodana automatska izmjena alata i spremište reznog alata. Svrstavaju se u višeoperacijske alatne strojeve jer ih karakterizira koncentracija različitih operacija u jednom stezanju sirovca. Osim glavnog rotacijskog gibanja reznog alata, u početku razvoja su imali samo tri pravocrtna posmična gibanja u osima X, Y, Z, odnosno imali su troosno simultano upravljanje. Dodavanjem dodatnih rotacijskih osi nastali su višeosni glodaći obradni centri. \Njihova pojava dovela je do veće fleksibilnosti prozvodnih sustava, preciznije i brže obrade, te naglog razvoja CAD/CAM softvera. U radu je isprogramiran i objašnjen postprocesor za peteroosan alatni stroj te obrađen tijek razvoja višeosnih glodaćih obradnih centara, karakteristike troosnih i višeosnih glodaćih obradnih centara i područja njihove primjene.

Abstract

Milling machining centers are highly automated standalone numerically controlled tooling machines with the addition of automatic tool change and storage. Milling machining centers are put into a multioperational tooling machines because they are characterized by the concentration of different operations in a single clamping metal stock. In addition to the main rotational motion of the cutting tool, in the beginning they had only three rectilinear sliding movement of the axes X, Y, Z, and had triaxial simultaneous control. Adding additional axes multiple axis milling machining centers were created. Their appearance has led to greater flexibility of production systems, more accurate and faster processing, and rapid development of CAD / CAM software. The work has a programmed and explained postprocessor for five axis tooling machine and processed the development of multi-axis milling machining centers, features triaxial and multi-axis machining centers and their areas of application.
