Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je okvirno razrađen potencijal ugradnje ORCa za iskorištavanje otpadne topline iz pogona cementare Holcim u Koromačnom. Opisani su principi rada cementare i organskog Rankineovog ciklusa. Postavljen je matematički model za proračun ciklusa, a korišten je program Excel. Za određivanje stanja tvari korištene su pozivne funkcije iz programa miniREFPROP. Optimizacija je provedena upotrebom Excelovog alata Solver. \Na kraju rada dani su rezultati za radne fluide R134a i R123 sa i bez upotrebe regeneratora. Kao rashladni spremnik odabrana je morska voda zbog blizine obale mora, a za posrednika između dva izvora topline i ORCa odabrano je termalno ulje Terminol 66.

Abstract

The article generally elaborates the potential of installing ORC plant for the heat recovery from the Holcim cement plant in Koromačno. Working principles of cement and organic Rankine cycle are described. The mathematical model is set up, and the Excel program is used for the calculation. Call functions from the program miniREFPROP are used to determine the physical state of the substance. Optimization is performed using the Excel Solver tool. At the end of the article results are presented for the working fluids R134a and R123 with and without the use of regenerator. As a cooling tank saltwater is chosen because of its proximity to the plant, and for the mediator between the two sources of heat and ORC it is chosen thermal oil Terminol 66.
