Abstract (Croatian)

U diplomskog radu na temu „Trošenje alatnog čelika za izradu štanci“ prikazan je i opisan tehnološki proces štancanja te načinjena teorijska analiza trošenja alata pri obradi. Prikazani su eksperimentalni laboratorijski procesi ispitivanja trošenja pri štancanju te je načinjena podjela najčešće korištenih nelegiranih i legiranih alatnih čelika za štancanje sposobnih za hladnu (toplu) obradu.Eksperimentalni dio rada počinje sa metalografskom analizom dvaju najčešće korištenih alatnih čelika, gdje je ispitana mikrostruktura i tvrdoća te se nakon metalografske analize pristupilo daljnjoj kemijskoj analizi da se ustanovi detaljan kemijski sastav ispitnih uzoraka. Daljnji tijek ispitivanja triboloških karakteristika trošenja započinje vaganjem ispitnih uzoraka (prije i poslije ispitivanja), te samim ispitivanjem otpornosti na adhezijsko trošenje.

Abstract

In this summary under the topic "Wear of tool steel for punches" the technological process of punching is shown and described then displayed the division of theoretical analysis of tool wear in machining. The laboratory testing are shown in punchin and the division is displayed of commonly used non-alloy and alloy tool steel stamping in cold (hot) processing. The experimental part of the work begins with a metallographic analyzes of the two most commonly used tool steels, where we studies the microstructure and hardness of the steel tools and after the metallographic analyzes, the chemical analysis was conducted to determine more detailed chemical composition of the samples. Then the test samples were first weighed to determine information about changing in mass of test samples (before and after the wear test), and after weighing test samples were studied on resistance to adhesive wear.
