Diplomski rad sagledava implementaciju vizijskog sustava u proces ulazne kontrole žitarica s ciljem povišenja stupnja automatizacije te koncipiranje svih ostalih tehnoloških i konstruktivnih rješenja za nesmetano odvijanje navedenog automatskog procesa. Polazna točka projekta je postojeći sustav za poluautomatsko izuzimanje i kontrolu žitarica na ulazu u sustav postrojenja, tvrtke Pfeuffer iz \Njemačke. \Navedeni proizvođač u svom proizvodnom programu nema ovako koncipirani sustav, niti je opisani sustav komercijalno dostupan na tržištu. Opisani postupak implementacije vizijskog sustava predstavlja pomak u odnosu na poluautomatski sustav jer donosi veći stupanj automatizacije postrojenja, uz sagledivo veće troškove (približno 6000 EUR) te smanjenje ponavljajućeg ljudskog rada, a time i mogućnost pojave pogreške (materijalne štete). \Nakon modeliranja sustava, tehnološkog procesa i specificiranja opreme, izvršen je proračun vremena trajanja ulazne kontrole žitarica; ponovo na temelju dolaska jednog kamiona, te je utvrđeno ukupno vrijeme trajanja i dana usporedba s postojećim poluautomatskim sustavom. Proračunato je skraćenje vremena u ukupnom trajanju od 635 sekundi po kamionu, što predstavlja značajno poboljšanje. U finalnom poglavlju dan je osvrt na kontrolu kvalitete zrna unutar procesa korištenjem vizijskog sustava za akviziciju slike pojedinog zrna u procesu transporta, a nakon bitnih tehnoloških procesa koji mogu uzrokovati oštećenje zrna (degradaciju kvalitete). To uključuje određivanje unaprijed zadanih karakteristika zrna te usporedba analiziranog uzorka sa referentnim. Slika se dobiva snimanjem kamerom u definiranim intervalima.

Abstract

This Master’s Degree thesis describes the process of vision system implementation in the system of grain inspection, aimed at increased automation and work autonomy. It also reviews all other technological and structural solutions for smooth and uninterrupted function of mentioned automated process. Starting point of the whole idea is the existing system for semi-automatic grain exclusion and inspection, developed by Pfeuffer GmbH from Germany. Previously mentioned manufacturer does not include described system in his product range, nor is this described system commercially available. Described implementation of vision system is an improvement in relation to the semi-automatic system because it provides a higher degree of automation with only slightly higher costs (approx. 6000 EUR). It reduces the amount of boring and repetitive human work which can lead to mistakes and possibly to errors and damages to the equipment. After system modeling and modeling of the technological process, necessary equipment is specified and time duration of the whole process is defined. Calculated time is then compared with the existing semi-automatic system. Total time reduction is approximately 635 seconds per truck, which is a significant improvement in comparison with the existing system. The final chapter of this thesis includes a review of the grain quality inspection within the transporting process using vision system for image acquisition of each grain in the process, after the main technological processes which can lead to grain damage (degradation of grain properties). These processes include methods of determining the defined (referenced) properties of grain and comparison of grain in the process accordingly. Image acquisition device (camera) is used to obtain the image at predefined intervals.
