Abstract (Croatian)

Multiplikator vjetroagregata u današnje vrijeme je bitan i neizostavan dio konstrukcije vjetroagregata koji služi za povezivanje i prilagodbu brzine vrtnje sporohodnog vratila vjetroturbine s brzohodnim vratilom generatora. U ovom radu su opisana neka postojeća konstrukcijska riješenja multiplikatora vjetroagregata, dan je prikaz načina rada multiplikatora i njegova uloga u sustavu vjetroagregata, te detalji izvedbi konstrukcijskih riješenja pojedinih dijelova. Razrađeno je jedno odabrano konstrukcijsko riješenje, napravljena je kinematska analiza prijenosnika i podjela prijenosnih omjera. \Napravljen je dio proračuna čvrstoće uzimajući u obzir poznate podatke te je na osnovu rezultata proračuna izrađen 3D model svih dijelova multiplikatora i sklopa multiplikatora u programskom paketu SolidWorks. Od tehničke dokumentacije napravljeno je šest reprezentativnih crteža: tri sklopna, jedan dio kućišta, jedno vratilo i jedan zupčanik. Daljnjom razradom mogla bi se napraviti kompletna tehnička dokumentacija potrebna za proizvodnju.

Abstract

At present time wind turbine multiplier is an essential and indispensable element of the wind turbine design and is used to connect and adapt rotational speed of low-speed wind turbine shaft to the high-speed shaft of the wind turbine generator. This thesis describes some existing design solutions of wind turbine multipliers. A review of multiplier way of work was given, its role in the system of wind turbine and details of design solutions of specific parts. One selected design solution was elaborated, kinematic analysis of gears and division of gear ratios was made. Part of strength calculation was made taking into account known data and based on the results of calculation 3D model of all parts of the multiplier and assembly of the multiplier has been made. Model has been created in software package SolidWorks. Six representative drawings of technical documentation were made: three assembly drawings, one part of the housing, one shaft and one gear. With further elaboration complete technical documentation necessary for production could be done.
