U diplomskom radu idejno je razrađena ispitna platforma za ispitivanje dijelova vozila usporenjem. Jedan od iznimno bitnih aspekata motornih vozila je provjera njihove sigurnosti u slučaju nenadane situacije i prometne nesreće, kada se kao uvjet navodi da pojedini sklopovi trebaju izdržati opterećenje uslijed usporenja od 10 g. U skladu s homologacijskim pravilnicima i normama koje propisuju ispitivanje dijelova vozila usporenjem konceptualno je razrađena ispitna platforma sa svim njenim sastavnim dijelovima: ispitna kolica na koja se može pričvrstiti dio konstrukcije vozila, vozna staza, naprava za ubrzanje ispitnih kolica te naprava za zaustavljanje. Ispitivani dio, odnosno sklop, pričvršćuje se na ispitna kolica, ubrzava do potrebne udarne brzine, te zaustavlja uz usporenje od 10 g.

Abstract

In this master thesis, test platform for deceleration testing of motor vehicle components is conceptually elaborated. One of the most important aspects of motor vehicles is the verification of their safety in case of any unexpected situation or accident. It is often expected that some components withstand deceleration of 10 g. In accordance with different regulations and standards that require deceleration testing, test platform is conceptually elaborated, with all its components: deceleration sled on which the vehicle component being tested is fixed, trail, accelerator and decelerator. The vehicle component being tested is fixed on the deceleration sled, accelerated to impact velocity and then stopped with the deceleration of 10 g. The overview of all regulations for certification and other standards that requrie deceleration testing is given in the first part of this thesis, along with the review of already existent deceleration testing devices. Taking into account all requirements, the necessary dimensions of deceleration testing device are determined as well as possible drive systems and deceleration devices for deceleration sled.
