Abstract (Croatian)

U radu su prikazana opća svojstva i rad postrojenja s organskim Rankine-ovim ciklusom (ORC). Definirana konfiguracija i prikazan proračun elemenata ORC postrojenja snage 125 kW. Proračunat je i nacrtan izmjenjivač topline dimni plinovi/voda zadane toplinske snage 1000 kW koji služi za iskorištavanje otpadne topline iz bioplinskog postrojenja. Postavljen je matematički model dinamike procesa u komponentama sustava. Za kraj je provedene simulacije utjecaja promjenjivog protoka i temperature ispušnih plinova na pogonske značajke ORC postrojenja i analizirani su dobiveni rezultati.

Abstract

Thesis presents general properties and operating principle of an Organic Rankine cycle (ORC) plant. Configuration is defined and thermodynamic calculations are made for 125 kW ORC plant. A 1000 kW flue gas/water heat exchanger intended for utilization of biogas plant waste heat is calculated and designed. A mathematical model of the dynamic process within the elements of the ORC plant is defined. Simulation of the effect of a change in the temperature and mass flow of flue gas on the operational characteristics of the ORC plant is carried out and the results of the simulation are analysed.
