Abstract (Croatian)
Ovim radom je pokazan način rada parnih turbina za mehanički pogon. Navedene su općenite karakteristike te njihova podjela. Također je napravljen termodinamički te aerodinamički proračun jedne akcijske turbine za mehanički pogon. Ulazni podaci su zadani samim zadatkom. Osim toga, rad uključuje prikaz modeliranja profila statorskih i rotorskih lopatica. Profilirane su lopatice statora i rotora zadnjeg stupnja turbine, korištena je metoda polinomom 5. reda, a korišten je algoritam prof. dr. sc. željka Tukovića koji je on napravio za potrebe svojega magistarskog rada "Strujne karakteristike aerodinamski optimalnih rešetki aksijalnih turbina". Termodinamički i aerodinamički proračun je napravljen pomoću programa Excel, a profiliranje lopatica je napravljeno pomoću matematičkog alata Mathcad - a. Dodatak proračunu je i sklopni crtež uzdužnog presjeka turbine A0 formata, crtež je napravljen u Solid Works - u, dok je rotor akcijske turbine modeliran također u Solid Works - u.
Abstract
This work shows the working principles of steam turbines used for mechanical drives. Their basic characteristics and classification are also mentioned. In addition, thermodynamic and aerodynamic calculation are made for one such turbine. Input parameters are given with this assigment. Furthermore, this work includes a review of stator and rotor turbine blades profile modeling. The blades of the last turbine stage have been modeled, using the 5 th polynom modeling method. For this, an algorithm from professor Željko Tuković was used, which he created for his master's thesis „Flow characetistics of aerodinamicaly optimal axial turbine cascade“. The thermodynmic and aerodynamic calculations were carried out in Excel, and the blade profile modeling was carried out in Mathcad. In addition to the calculation, a conceptual drawing of a calculated steam turbine has been made. The drawing was made in Solid Works, as was the rotor of an action turbine.
