Abstract (Croatian)

U većini tehničkih sutava javlja se potreba za pozicioniranjem. Uređaji za pozicioniranje takvih sustava najćešće se sastoje od automatski reguliranih elektro-mehaničkih komponenti kojima upravlja računalo. U procesu tumačenja principa automatske regulacije sustava vrlo je važno prikazati usporedbu različitih klasičnih i naprednih metoda regulacije, te njihove praktične izvedbe. Eksperimentalni prikaz procesa regulacije na stvarnom sustavu omogućava studentima da lakše razumiju i savladaju teorije upravljanja servosustavima, pri čemu je nužno biti dobro upoznat s radom klasičnog PID regulatora. U ovom radu obrađen je postupak projektiranja makete regulatora pozicije preko kuta zakreta motora te regulatora brzine koja bi služila u nastavne svrhe. Također projektirano je sučelje za mikrokontrolersko upravljanje koje u sebi sadrži digitalni regulator prema zahtjevima regulacije kuta zakreta istosmjernog motora.

Abstract

In most technical systems there is a need for positioning. Positioning devices in such systems most often consist of automatically controlled electro-mechanical components governed by a personal computer. In the process of interpreting the basic principle of automatic control systems, it is very important to demonstrate the comparison between different conventional and advanced methods of control and their practical performance. Experimental setup of the real process control system enables students to understand and master the theories of servosystems control, whereby a good knowledge of the classical PID controller is crucial. In this paper, the deign process of a mock up for positioning system is described, which would serve the purpose of teaching. Also, the interface with microcontroller is designed that incorporates a digital controller for the task requirement of the DC motor angle control.
