Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu su obavljena teorijska i eksperimentalna istraživanja nosivosti kardanskih zglobova u uvjetima asinkronog rada, odnosno dinamičkih opterečenja. Teorijska istraživanja su obuhvatila kinematičku i dinamičku analizu kardanskih zglobova u uvjetima asinkronog prijenosa. U kinematičkoj analizi razmatrani su uvjeti sinkronog prijenosa nastalog udvajanjem asinkronih zglobova s križem. Analizirana su odstupanja kuteva i presjecišta osi realnog u odnosu na idealni kardanski zglob s križem. Dinamička analiza obuhvatila je analizu sila i momenata na elementima kardanskih zglobova s križem. Izvedene su dinamičke jednadžbe gibanja prijenosa s jednim zglobom i prijenosa u uvjetima udvojenog sinkronog prijenosa. \Na temelju izvedenih kinematičkih odnosa i dinamičke analize opterećenja analiziran je kritični presjek kriza obzirom na veličinu normalnih i smičućih naprezanja. Analizirano je kontaktno naprezanje sustava iglice-rukavac križa. Također su dane teorijske osnove za provjeru kritičnog presjeka viljuške zgloba. Eksperimentalna istraživanja su obuhvatila tribomehaničku analizu oblika i vidova trošenja u identificiranim tribomehaničkim sustavima asinkronog križnog zgloba. Provedena tribološka istraživanja su pokazala da je ležaj kardanskog zgloba s križem ograničavajući u pogledu vijeka trajanja zgloba. Eksperimentalna istraživanja su provedena na uređaju za komparativna ispitivanja kardanskih vratila. Statističkom obradom eksperimentalno dobijenih podataka došlo se do matematičkog modela koji je kompariran s postojećim u literaturi razvijenim matematičkim modelom za određivanje vijeka trajanja zgloba preko trajnosti njegovih igličastih ležajeva.

Abstract

In this work theoretical and experimental research of carrying capacity of drive shaft joints in nonsynchronous work conditions, in fact conditions of dynamic load is done. Theoretical research includes cinematic and dynamic analysis of drive shaft joints in conditions of nonsynchronous transmission. In cinematic analysis conditions of synchronous transmission which appears by doubling of nonsynchronous joints with cross are considered. Deviations of angles and of axes intersections of real in relation to ideal drive shaft joint with cross are analyzed. Dynamic analysis includes analysis of forces and moments, which act on elements of drive shaft joints with cross. Dynamic equations of move of the carrier with one joint and of the carrier in conditions of doubled synchronous transmission are carried out. The critical cross-section of the cross concerning the amount of normal and tangential strains is analyzed on the basis of carried out cinematic relations and dynamic analysis of load. The contact strain of needle-cross sleeve system is analyzed. Theoretical bases for the check of critical cross-section of a joint jaw are given too. Experimental research includes tribo-mechanical analysis of types of wear in identified tribo-mechanical systems of a nonsynchronous cross joint. Tribological research shows that the bearing of drive shaft joint with cross limitation concerning the durability of joint. Experimental research concerning the durability of joints is done on the device for comparative research of drive shafts. The results are statistically processed and this results in the mathematical model which is compared to the existing mathematical model for calculation of durability of drive shaft joints on the basis of durability of needle roller bearings.
