Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom diplomskom radu istražuje se utjecaj tehnoloških parametara na sile rezanja kod tokarenja. Cilj rada je analizirati utjecaj određenih tehnoloških parametara na sile rezanja i opisati ih odgovarajućim matematičkim modelom. U prva tri poglavlja najprije su prikazane osnovne značajke postupka tokarenja. Zatim su opisane osnove mehanike rezanja i analitičkog modeliranja te su prikazane sile rezanja kod ortogonalnog i kosog rezanja. Također, opisana je i metoda za procjenu sila rezanja te su prikazani utjecajni faktori na sile rezanja. četvrto poglavlje je eksperimentalni dio u kojem se ispituje utjecaj određenih tehnoloških parametara (brzina rezanja, posmak, kut namještanja alata) na glavnu silu rezanja. Od osobitog interesa je geometrija rezne pločice pa su istraživane sile rezanja za pločicu za grubu obradu i za pločicu za finu obradu. Prikazan je alatni stroj na kojemu se vršilo ispitivanje, korišteni alat, materijal i uređaj za mjerenje sila rezanja. \Nakon toga, statističkom obradom je izrađen prikladan matematički model kojim se opisuje djelovanje tehnoloških parametara na glavnu silu rezanja. Rezultati pokusa prikazani su tablično i grafički te vrijede samo za promatrane uvjete rezanja, korišteni alat i materijal.

Abstract

Influence of the technological parameters on the cutting forces by turning is studied in this diploma thesis. Objective of this paper is to analyze the influence of the specific technological parameters on cutting forces and to describe those influences using appropriate mathematical model. The basics of the process of turning are presented in the first three chapters. Then the mechanics of cutting and analitical modeling are described and the cutting forces in orthogonal and oblique cutting are presented. Method for estimating the cutting forces is also described and the influential factors on the cutting forces are presented. Fourth chapter is an experimental part in which the influence of the specific technological parameters (cutting speed, feed, entry angle) on the main cutting force is examined. Of particular interest is the geometry of the cutting insert. Therefore, cutting forces are investigated for cutting insert for finishing and cutting insert for roughing. Machine tool, cutting tool, material and device for measuring the cutting forces used in experiment are presented. Then the appropriate mathematical model is obtained using statistical analysis. Obtained mathematical model is used to describe the influence of the technological parameters on the main cutting force. Results of the experiment are presented in tables and graphs, and are only valid for observed cutting conditions, used cutting tool and material.
