Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu je obrađena tema karakterizacije procesa uporabom metode regresijske analize i analize varijance. U prvom dijelu rada dani je presjek spomenutih metoda s detaljnom teorijskom podlogom. U drugom, eksperimentalnom dijelu rada, opisana je provedba istraživanja u laboratoriju tvrtke Ex-Agencija. Provedena su istraživanja pojave eksplozije zapaljivih plinova vodika i metana u zatvorenim cijevima. Pokusi su provedeni prema metodologiji planiranja pokusa. Varirani su parametar volumen cijevi te parametar volumni udio zapaljivog plina u smjesi, te su promatrane izlazne varijable maksimalnog tlaka u cijevi Pmax i brzine fronte plamena Vplamena. U trećem dijelu rada prikazani su rezultati ispitivanja eksplozivnosti plinova u zatvorenim cijevima. Provedena je statistička obrada rezultata mjerenja i matematičko modeliranje metodom odzivnih površina te su izrađeni matematički modeli ovisnosti ispitivanih veličina o ulaznim parametrima. Konačno, analizom i primjenom dobivenih rezultata i matematičkih modela provedena je optimizacija sustava protueksplozijske zaštite te je na temelju stečenih znanja predložen smjer daljnjih istraživanja.

Abstract

In this paper the theme of characterization of the process of using regression analysis and analysis of variance has been processed. In the first part of the paper the intersection of the above methods with detailed theoretical groundwork has been given. In the second, experimental part of the paper, research in laboratory of Ex- Agencija Company has been described. Conducted researches are related to an explosion of combustible gases of hydrogen and methane in sealed pipes. Experiments has been conducted according to design of experiments methodology. Varied parameters are volume of the pipe and parameter of volume fraction of combustible gas mixture, while the observed were outputs of variable maximum pressure in the pipes Pmax and velocity of flame front Vfront. In the third part of the paper the results of explosion tests of gases in sealed pipes are showed. Statistical analysis of measurement results has been conducted, as well as mathematical modeling by RSM method and mathematical models of dependence of tested values towards input parameters have been made. Finally, with the analysis and application of the results as well as mathematical models, the optimization of explosion protection is conducted and based on the knowledge acquired direction for further research is proposed.
