Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu provedeno je snimanje stanja tehnologije obrade odvajanjem u jednoj proizvodnoj tvrtci. \Na temelju postojećih suvremenih rješenja i provedenog snimanja stanja uviđeni su nedostaci i mogućnosti poboljšanja. U skladu s time predložena su rješenja koja dižu tehnologiju obrade odvajanjem u tvrtci na jednu višu razinu. Posebna pozornost usmjerena je na tehničku pripremu proizvodnje, na stezanje alata i obradaka te na sam proces obrade. Preporučena rješenja daju jedan suvremeni smjer razvoja tehnologije obrade odvajanjem u tvrtci kojim se postiže povećanje produktivnosti i kvalitete obrade. Time se smanjuju troškovi proizvodnje i povećava konkurentnost tvrtke na tržištu.

Abstract

In this paper, a survey of the state of machining technology in one production company was carried out. Based on existing modern solutions and conducted survey, disadvantages and possibilities of improving were noticed. Accordingly, solutions which raise machining technology in company to a higher level were proposed. Special attention was directed to technical preparation of production, tool and workpiece clamping and to the process of machining. Suggested solutions provide a modern direction of machining technology development in a company. Increased productivity and process quality can be achieved by implementing these solutions. That reduces production costs and increase the competitiveness of company on the market.
