Abstract (Croatian)

Danas se sve više koriste obnovljivi izvori energije za proizvodnju električne energije, posebno je zanimljiva energija sunca. U ovom radu je obrađen organski Rankine-ov ciklus (ORC). Ova vrsta ciklusa je jednaka klasičnom Rankine-ovom ciklusu samo se umjesto vode koriste organski spojevi koji isparavaju pri znatno nižim temperaturama, stoga možemo koristiti nisko temperaturne izvore kao što su: otpadna toplina iz tehnoloških pogona, geotermalna energija te sunčeva energija. U sklopu diplomskog rada osmišljena je mala solarna elektrana sa ORC-om te je proveden proračun za tri različita turbo ekspandera, radijalni, aksijalni i ljungstrom-ov radijalni.

Abstract

Today, more and more electric energy is produced from renewable sources, solar energy is particularly interesting. This paper describes the organic Rankin cycle (ORC). This type of cycle is equal to the classical Rankin cycle only instead of water uses organic fluids that vaporize at much lower temperatures, because that it can use a low-temperature source such as waste heat from industry, geothermal energy and solar energy. As part of the thesis a small solar power plant with ORC was designed and a calculation for three different turbo expanders was conducted: radial, axial and Ljungstrom's radial turbine.
