Abstract (Croatian)

Kamen se u prošlosti pretežito koristio kao nosivi element u građevinarstvu dok je danas uloga kamena svedena isključivo na dekorativnost i zaštitu. Pri tome kamen treba imati otpornost na različite uvjete u kojima se primjenjuje što uvelike ovisi o njegovom sklopu odnosno strukturi i teksturi. Stoga je u ovom radu dana detaljna sistematizacija kamena zajedno s njegovim fizikalnim i mehaničkim te geološkim svojstvima koja uvelike utječu na obradu kamena postupcima obrade odvajanjem. Obzirom na današnju ulogu kamena, vrlo često se za obradu kamena koriste postupci obrade odvajanjem, a najčešće postupak bušenja. Struktura i svojstva kamena se značajno razlikuju od materijala koji se najčešće koriste u strojogradnji. Stoga je vrlo važno znati u kojoj mjeri su modeli koji povezuju ulazne i izlazne veličine kod obrade metalnih materijala, primjenjivi i kod obrade kamena. Za automatizaciju postupaka obrade i veću razinu autonomnosti obradnih sustava, posebno je važno praćenje stanja, odnosno stupnja istrošenosti reznoga alata. U radu su opisani mehanizmi trošenja i njihov utjecaj na mjerljive veličine procesa što je osnovna pretpostavka posrednog načina nadzora stanja reznoga alata. \Navedeni su oblici trošenja koji se javljaju pri obradi kamena, kao i metode kojima se može pratiti istrošenost alata, u slučaju bušenja, istrošenost svrdla. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada pratio se utjecaj parametara bušenja i stanja istrošenosti svrdla na iznos sila rezanja, vibracija, akustične emisije i struja motora te su na temelju dobivenih rezultata doneseni odgovarajući zaključci.

Abstract

In the past the stone was mainly used as a supporting element in the construction industry until today the role of the stone is reduced only for the decoration and protection. In doing so, the stone should be resistant to various conditions in which it is used, that depends greatly on his structure and texture. Therefore, in this paper was given a detailed systematization of stone together with its physical, mechanical and geological properties that greatly affect on the processing of stone. Considering the current role of stone, machining are very often used for stone processing, and the most common method is drilling. Structure and properties of the stone is significantly different from the materials that are commonly used in engineering. Therefore, it is very important to know in which extent the models that connect the input and output values in the processing of metallic materials, are applicable for treatment of stone. To automate the processing procedures and a greater level of autonomy of machining systems, is especially important to monitor the situation, and the degree of wear of the cutting tool. The paper describes the mechanisms of wear and their impact on the measurable size of process which is the basic premise of indirect ways to monitor the status of the cutting tool. Also there are mentioned the types of wear that occur in the processing of the stone, as well as the methods that can be used to monitor the wear of tools, in the case of drilling, wear of drill. In the experimental part of the work we followed the impact of drilling parameters and the amount of drill wear on the cutting force, vibration, acoustic emission and motor current signals. Based on the results there were brought appropriate conclusions.
