Abstract (Croatian)

Održavanje ležajeva je neophodan proces u svakom industrijskom pogonu kako bi se osigurao normalan rad rotacijskih strojeva. Od velike su pomoći preporuke dobavljača ležajeva. Uz standardno preventivno održavanje ležajeva, danas veliku primjenu ima praćenje stanja ležaja. Postoji niz metoda praćenja stanja ležaja, a jedna od njih je i metoda udarnih impulsa. Ovom metodom obrade signala mjeri se buka u ležajevima tj. svaka nepravilnost u valjanju valjnih tijela po valjnim stazama. Metoda se temelji na mjerenju udarnih impulsa koji su male amplitude pa se u uređajima nalazi poseban piezoelektrični kristal (dio akcelerometra) koji se uzbudi pri 32 kHz udarnom impulsu. Impulsi se zatim izfiltriraju i izdvajaju od vibracija kako bi se u konačnici dobio analogni udarni impuls koji se prikazuje na zaslonu uređaja za mjerenje. Metoda udarnih impulsa uz mjerenje nepravilnosti na valjnim stazama i valjnim tijelima mjeri i debljinu mazivog sloja unutar ležaja što omogućuje praćenje stanja sloja maziva. Praktični dio rada izveden je na simulatoru u SKF laboratoriju sa uređajem SKF Microlog Analyzer AX na ležajevima C2207 KTN9 i 22207 EK pri broju okretaja od 375 i 1500 u minuti. Dobiveni spektri bez debalansa i sa debalansom pokazuju iznos akceleracije envelope na temelju kojeg se procjenjuje stanje ležaja. Rezultati mjerenja potvrdili su stvarno stanje ležaja koje je bilo poznato prije početka mjerenja.

Abstract

Maintenance of bearings is essential process in every industrial facility in order to ensure the normal operation of rotating machinery. Great help is bearings suppliers recommendations. In addition to standard preventive maintenance of bearing, today has great application supervision of bearings condition. There are a number of methods for supervision the bearings, and one of them is the shock pulse method. This method of processing signals measured noise in the bearings, i.e. any irregularity in the rolling roller body across roller tracks. The method is based on measuring the shock pulses which are of small amplitude and a special device is a piezoelectric crystal (part of accelerometers) that are excited at 32 kHz pulse shock. The pulses are then filtered out and separated from vibration to ultimately received analog percussive pulse that is displayed on the display device to measure. Shock pulse method with measuring irregularities on roller tracks and roller body extent thickness of the lubricating film inside the bearing which allows monitoring the state of lubricating film. The practical part of the work was carried out on the simulator in the SKF laboratory with a device SKF Microlog Analyzer AX on bearings C2207 KTN9 and EC 22207 at 375 and 1500 rpm. The resulting spectra without imbalance and imbalance indicate the amount of acceleration enveloping by which the estimated condition of bearings. The measurement results confirm the actual condition of the bearings that were known before the start of the measurements.
