Abstract (Croatian)

Cilj je svakog proizvodnog sustava kontinuirano raditi na poboljšanju svojih procesa i načina njihove organizacije. To je posebno važno jer se pri tome koriste resursi poput vremena, sirovina, energije, materijala, kapitala i potrebno ih je koristiti na optimalan način. Jedna od metoda unapređenja proces je Lean metodologija. Lean metode bilo koje vrste imaju ciljeve poslovanje učiniti što bržim i učiniti što više. Obrađena metoda mapiranja toka vrijednosti, uči poduzeća kako organizirati aktivnosti da ne bi postojao prazan hod, suzbiti čekanja jer to su zapravo aktivnosti koje troše puno novca pa predstavljaju trošak, a ne donose ništa. Čekanjem se ne zarađuje novac. U dijelu rada koji se tiče implementacije VSM-a vidljivo je kako Lean alatima detektirati probleme, riješiti ih, postići veću učinkovitost, unaprijediti proizvodnju i cijeli poslovni proces smanjiti vremena čistog gubitka, a to znači smanjiti nepotrebne troškove tj. povećati ono što je svakom poduzeću najvažnije, a to je povećati dobiti.

Abstract

The main goal of each production system is continuously working on improving their processes and ways of organization. This is especially important because it use resources such as time, raw materials, energy, capital which should be used in an optimal way. One method of improving the process is Lean methodology. Lean methods of any kind have goals to make business processes more faster and more productive. Processed method of mapping the flow values, teaches companies how to organize activities that wouldn't have idling, to repress stops that actually spend a lot of money, represent a cost and don't bring anything. Waiting is not earning money. In the work concerning the implementation of the VSM, it's evident that with Lean tools we are able to detect problems, solve them, achieve greater efficiency, improve production and the entire business process in order to reduce the time in net losses, which means to cut unnecessary costs and to increase what is the most important thing to each company and it's profit.
