U ovom završnom radu objašnjeni su parametri prerade kod taložnog očvršćivanja. Taložno očvršćivanje je jedan od aditivnih postupaka proizvodnje koji u zadnje vrijeme postaju sve jednostavniji i isplativiji pri izradi prototipova, ali i gotovih proizvoda. Izrađuju tvorevinu izravno iz 3D modela u relativno kratkom vremenu, dostupni su, jednostavni i isplativi. Prilagodbom parametara unutar programa, moguće je utjecati na izgled tvorevine, brzinu i vrijeme izrade te mnoge druge karakteristike izrađivanog dijela. Proizvođači 3D pisača ostavljaju pojedine skupine parametara otvorenim, kako bi korisnici, njihovom izmjenom mogli ispuniti vlastite zahtjeve na proizvod. Eksperimentalni dio rada sastoji se od objašnjenja parametara prerade i izrade tvorevina na stroju Replicator 2X. Promjenom određenih parametara u MakerBot MakeWare programu vidljive su razlike u geometriji dijela što je popraćeno slikama. Navedeni su parametri koji najviše utječu na sam izgled i kvalitetu izrađivane tvorevine, ali i pogreške koje mogu nastati prilikom loše kombinacije pojedinih parametara.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis explains the setting of processing parameters for fused deposition modeling. Fused deposition modeling is one of the additive manufacturing processes which lately have become increasingly simpler and more cost-effective in the preparation of prototypes and finished products. Additive processes make a product directly from a 3D model, in a relatively short time and they are available, easy and profitable. By adjusting the parameters within the program, it is possible to affect the appearance of the creation, the printing speed and time and many other features of the making part. 3D printer manufacturers leave individual parameter groups open, so that users, changing them can realize their own requirements on the product. The experimental part of the work consists of the explanations of processing parameters and creating parts on the 3D printer Replicator 2X. By changing certain parameters in Makerbot MakeWare program, it is possible to see differences in the geometry of the part which are accompanied by pictures. In addition, there are explanations of the parameters that most affect the appearance and quality of the making creation and errors that can occur when a bad combination of individual parameters is used.
