Abstract (Croatian)

Design For Assembly) za analizu automatskog sklapanja.

Abstract

Modern lifestyle sets new challenges to the industry and manufacturing. The desire for larger production volumes, increased earnings and a reduction in production time, leads to a growing need for automated manufacturing processes and the increased use of computers for support and faster work. In this work the computer programs that are used to aid in the design of product and its production are described. The methods that are used to product assemblability analysis and assembly are specified. Especially, the procedure of Boothroyd's and Dewhurst's DFA method (Design For Assembly) of product analysis for automatic assembly is described in detail. The mentioned method is aimed at reducing the costs of assembly, with increasing quality and reducing product realization time to market. The procedure of product analysis for automatic assembly is implemented on computer using Visual Studio Express 2012, allowing reducing of time, and possibility of errors, as well as simplification of procedure. For further work a computer implementation of analysis procedure for robotic assembly remains.
