Statički poremećaji stopala predstavljaju značajan zdrastveno-ekonomski problem. Njihove posljedice se manifestiraju kao povećani umor kod stajanja i kretanja, bolnost u stopalima, kao i smanjenu radnu sposobnost. Posljedice ovakvog stanja moguće je umanjiti nošenjem individualnih uložaka u obući, koji raspoređuju težinu tijela na veću površinu, te tako smanjuju vršna opterećenja, i poboljšavaju statiku. Svojim mehaničkim učinkom, ortopedski ulošci, privremeno ispravljaju statiku stopala podržavajući anatomske strukture. Proizvodnja kvalitetnih komfornih ortopedskih uložaka je vrlo specifična i zahtijeva točno znanje geometrijskih svojstava stopala. IPASIOU je uspješno realiziran sustav kojim je na potpuno automatizirani način omogućena izrada individualnih uložaka za obuću. Sklop obuhvaća digitalizacijski uređaj, te specijalno izrađen numerički stroj, što uz pripadajuću programsku podršku omogućava autonomnu izradu uložaka u iznimno kratkom vremenu. U završnom radu je opisan automatizirani sustav za izradu ortopedskih uložaka. Za postojeći uređaj konstruirano je zaštitno kućište, dat je postupak i izbor strojeva kod izrade sastavnih elemenata zaštitnog kućišta, te ukupna cijena izrade tih elemenata.

Abstract

Static foot disorders are a significant health and economic problem. Their effects are manifested as increased fatigue when standing or walking, pain in the feet, as well as reduced work capacity. The consequences of this situation can be reduced by wearing individual insoles in footwear that distributes body weight over a larger area, as well as reducing peak loads and improve statics. With their mechanical effects, orthopedic insoles are temporarily correcting foot statics by supporting anatomical structures. Production of high quality comfortable orthopedic insoles is very specific and requires accurate knowledge of geometrical properties of the foot. IPASIOU is successfully implemented system that enables fully automated production of individual insoles for shoes. The assembly includes a digitizing device and a specially developed numerical machine, which, with the associated software, enables autonomous production of insoles in a very short time. The bachelor thesis describes an automated system for the production of orthopedic insoles. It includes designed protective housing for existing device and describes production procedure and selection of machines for production of the parts for protective housing. It also includes the total production costs for them.
