Abstract (Croatian)
U ovom završnom radu analizirano je stanje avionskog motora AEIO-360-A1B6. Motor je najprije bilo potrebno rastaviti, a potom na temelju analiziranog stanja zaključiti uzrok prestanka rada motora. Opisana je konstrukcija motora i dijelova. Zbog činjenice da je motor uslijed nesretnih okolnosti nekoliko dana bio izložen morskoj vodi i djelovanju mora, ispravno je bilo očekivati naslage korozije koje su potom bile od velikog značaja u postupcima mjerenja. Postupci mjerenja napravljeni su pomoću subitora i mikrometarskog vijka koji se pomičnim mjerilom umjeravao na nazivnu mjeru. Ta mjerenja su uspoređena s mjerenjima dobivenim principom fotogrametrije u programu TRITOP. Izveden je zaključak u skladu s tehničkim priručnicima, knjižicama o održavanju motora, podacima o dozvoljenim odstupanjima od određenih mjera te rezultatima dobivenih usporedbom dviju metoda mjerenja.
Abstract
This bachelor thesis contains an analysis of the aircraft engine AEIO-360-A1B6. First, the engine had to be disassembled so the reason of the engine malfunction could be determined. The engine construction and parts were described. Due to the unfortunate circumstances of the engine exposed to sea water, the correct assumption that there will be deposits of corrosion were crucial in the measurement. Measurements were made with a micrometer screw which was adjusted by a vernier caliper. These measurements were compared with others made by principle of photogrammetry in the TRITOP program. Conclusion was made according to technical manuals, engine logbooks, allowed tolerances data and results obtained with comparison of two measurement methods.
