Abstract (Croatian)

U ovome radu, opisana je izrada poklopca pametnog telefona postupkom taložnog očvršćivanja. U prvome dijelu dane su teorijske osnove aditivnih tehnologija, a detaljnije je opisan FDM postupak. U drugome dijelu rada razmatrana je problematika modeliranja i izrade poklopca. Drugi dio temelji se na praktičnom dijelu izrade FDM postupkom te na 3D skeniranju i postupcima povratnog inženjerstva. Pristup opremi za mjerenje i profesionalnom programskom paketu Atos Professional V8 omogućila je tvrtka Topomatika d.o.o. Daljnja obrada i analiza digitaliziranih podataka provedena je u programskom paketu Gom Inspect V7.5 SR2 i Catia V5R20. Proveden je postupak povratnog inženjerstva te je izrađen poklopac pametnog telefona FDM postupkom na niskobudžetnom uređaju MakerBot Replicator X2 na Katedri za preradu polimera i drva na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje.

Abstract

This thesis describes the design of the smartphone cover and production with Fused deposition modeling. In the first part, the theoretical basis of additive technologies and detailed description of FDM process is given. The second part of the thesis discusses problems of modeling of the cover and is based on the practical part of making of cover by the FDM process, 3D scanning and reverse engineering processes. Access to the measuring equipment and professional software package Atos Professional V8 is provided by the company Topomatika d.o.o. Further processing and analysis of digital data is done using the software package Gom Inspect J 7.5 SR2 and Catia V5R20. Hole reverse engineering procedure was carried out and the smartphone cover has been made by FDM process on the low-budget device Makerbot Replicator X2 at the Chair of Polymer processing at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture.
