Abstract (Croatian)

U termoenergetskim postrojenjima za potrebe napajanja generatora pare potrebno je pripremati vodu visoke čistoće. U Hrvatskoj se za tu svrhu uglavnom koristi tehnologija ionske izmjene, koja se primjenjuje u gotovo svim važnijim energetskim objektima. Alternativna membranska tehnologija, odnosno reverzna osmoza iako u Hrvatskoj primijenjena samo kod pogona manjih kapaciteta, može u potpunosti zadovoljiti tražene zahtjeve kvalitete vode.U ovom radu se razrađuju oba tehnološka rješenja na primjeru pripreme napojne vode Termoelektrane Sisak u što su uključeni osnovni proračuni i dimenzioniranje opreme, tehnološke sheme i bilance kemikalija i energije. Na temelju tehničkih rješenja je napravljena i osnovna ekonomska analiza investicijskih i pogonskih troškova. Rezultati ove tehno-ekonomske analize bi mogli poslužiti za odabir optimalne tehnologije prerade vode na konkretnom primjeru.

Abstract

Inthermal power plantsfor the needs ofpower supplysteam generatorit is necessary topreparehigh-purity water. In Croatia,inalmost all majorenergy facilities preparation of boiler water is done byion exchangetechnology.Alternativemembrane technology, or reverse osmosis, present in Croatia in smallercapacity power plants only is also capable for this task.This work gives basic technical documentation for both alternatives on the exampleof theTermoelektranaSisakthat includes basic calculations of main equipment; basic piping and instrumentation diagram and mass and energy balance. Based upon obtained technical solutions basic economic analysis of investment and operation costs was done. Results of this techno-economic analysis could be used for choice of optimal solution for given example.
