U ovom završnom radu izvršen je proračun aksijalne plinske turbine za pogon turbopunjača. Izvršen je proračun s obzirom na ulazne podatke: zaustavni tlak na ulazu u turbinu, zaustavna temperatura produkata izgaranja na ulazu u turbinu, statički tlak na izlazu iz turbine, maseni protok produkata izgaranja, specifičnu toplinu produkata izgaranja kod konstantnog tlaka i koeficijent izentropske ekspanzije produkata izgaranja. Uvedene su u proračun još neke pretpostavke od kojih su najveći utjecaj imali reaktivnost stupnja i koeficijent protoka. Proračun je izvršen pomoću računalnog programa Microsoft Excela, a profil lopatice modeliran je genetskim algoritmom te konstruiran u računalnom programu Solidworks 2009.

Abstract

In this work a calculation of an axial gas turbine for the drive of the turbocharger was performed. The calculation was executed based on the input data: total pressure at the turbine inlet, total temperature of combustion products at the turbine inlet, static pressure at the exit of the turbine mass flow rate of combustion products, specific heat of combustion at constant pressure and isentropic expansion coefficient of combustion products. Some assumptions were introduced into the calculation which were impacted the most by the degree of reactivity and the coefficient of flow. The calculation is performed by a computer program Microsoft Excel, and the blade profile is modeled by a genetic algorithm and then designed in the computer program Solidworks 2009.
