Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog završnog rada je „Kinematska analiza kardanskog zgloba“. Kao uvod dan je razvoj kardanskog zgloba kroz povijest, kao i ključne osobe vezane uz napredak. Zatim slijedi kategoriziranje zgloba kroz podjelu spojki i primjena u svakodnevnom životu. Navedeni su materijali koji se najčešće koriste za izradu zglobova i maziva koja su u većini slučajeva potrebna za normalan rad. Uvod završava sa pregledom prednosti i nedostataka kardanskog prijenosa. Obzirom da se kinematska analiza provodi prema danom standardu, potrebno je i definirati pojmove „nulta ravnina“ i „okomita ravnina“ prema VDI 2722. Analiza polazi od relacija dobivenih sfernom trigonometrijom do kojih se isto dolazi matematičkim izvodom. Sa svim potrebnim parametrima ovako definiranim, ulazi se u analizu za četiri zadana slučaja. Na kraju je prikazano kako je provedena simulacija sva četiri slučaja u CAD programu, uz komentar dobivenih rezultata.

Abstract

The title of this bachelor thesis is „Kinematic analysis of universal joints“. As an introduction, a brief history of the development of universal joints has been given, in addition to the key individuals who helped the progress. Up next is the categorisation of joints through coupling classification and their everyday use. The materials commonly used for manufactore are also listed, as well as some frequently utilized lubricants. The introduction is concluded by an overview of prons and cons of universal joints. Since the kinematic analysis refers to a given standard, it is necessary to define the terms „null plane“ and „right plane“ according to VDI 2722. The analysis opens with relations derived from spheric trigonometry. With all the required parameters defined, the analysis of four specified cases can commence. As a conclusion, the simulation process of the four different cases via CAD software is presented, along with commentary.
