U uvodnom dijelu rada dan je pregled literature potrebne za obavljanje poslova remonta zračnoga kompresora AK-50T1. Osnovna funkcija kompresora je punjenje tlačnog spremnika potrebnog za pokretanje pneumatike na helikopterima MiL Mi-8 i MiL Mi-171SH. U radu su opisane i sistematizirane faze remonta kao na primjer: prijem i priprema za remont, defektoskopija dijelova, defektacija, površinske obrade, sastavljanje i ispitivanje u radu te konzervacija. Na primjeru klipnih prstena i ventila pokazana je važnost održavanja komponenti i njihov utjecaj na učinkovitost kompresora. Kao krajnji rezultat ovog rada izrađen je cjeloviti dokument koji prati postupak remonta prema propisima proizvođača i u skladu sa sistematizacijom radnji koje se provode u Zrakoplovno Tehničkom Centru Velika Gorica i koji se kao takav već koristi u provođenju remonta.

Abstract

This thesis gives an overview of the literature necessary to perform overhaul work on the air compressor AK-50T1. The main function of the compressor is to maintain the needed air pressure in the pressure tank, which is used to run the pneumatic systems on helicopters Mil Mi-8 and Mil Mi-171Sh. The thesis describes and systematizes the main overhaul phases such as: reception and preparation for the overhaul, component defectoscopy, repair, surface treatment, assembly, testing and conservation. The main goal of this work is to provide a complete document which defines all the steps of the overhaul process and follows the overall procedure according to the manufacturer’s specifications and with regards to the work systematization of the Aeronautical Technical Center Velika Gorica. As such it is already being used in the overhaul process.
