Energetski certifikat zgrade prikazuje energetsku bilancu zgrade temeljem koje se mogu utvrditi realni podaci o kvaliteti gradnje i potrošnji energenata. Provođenjem politike energetske učinkovitosti potiče se kvalitetnija gradnja novih objekata, te uravnoteženje energetskog sustava postojećih zgrada u svrhu postizanja energetskih ušteda. Cilj ovog rada bila je izrada računalnog programa za proračun godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje i hlađenje, ventilaciju i klimatizaciju zgrade, te pripremu potrošne tople vode. Navedeni program omogućava primjenu satne i mjesečne metode proračuna potrebne toplinske energije do razine primarne energije. Temeljem provedenog proračuna ispunjen je energetski certifikat i dan je prijedlog implementacije mjera za poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti složenog termotehničkog sustava predmetne zgrade. Predmetna zgrada za koju je izvršen proračun je prodajni centar s instaliranim složenim termotehničkim sustavom i više temperaturnih zona. Proračun primarne energije nije u potpunosti proveden prema izvedbenom projektu već su unešene promjene kojima je omogućena implementacija dodatnih mjera energetske učinkovitosti.

Abstract

Energy performance certificates in buildings represent the energy balance of the building to determine the quality of construction and energy consumption. In order to achieve energy savings, the implementation of efficiency measures involve better construction of new facilities and balancing the energy system of the existing buildings. The aim of this study was to develop the calculation tool for the determination of thermal need (energy demand) for heating, cooling and domestic hot water for buildings. That program allows the calculation of thermal energy need using hourly or monthly method to the level of primary energy. Based on calculation, implementation of measures has been suggested to improve the energy efficiency of the facility. The computation was conducted for shopping center divided in several temperature zones with complex HVAC system. The calculation is not fully implemented in accordance with the executional project.
