Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu su razrađena tehnološka rješenja ultrafiltracijskog sustava za obradu kišnice za obiteljske kuće, zgrade te manja poduzeća od jednostavnijih sustava prema složenijim. Sva tehnološka rješenja su prikazana u 3D računalnom programu „SolidWorks“ kako bi se utvrdio razmještaj dijelova u prostoru. Uz svako tehnološko rješenje opisan je njegov rad te je navedena specifikacija sve opreme unutar sustava. Diplomski rad sadrži i eksperimentalni dio u kojem su uz osnovnu fizikalno-kemijsku analizu kišnice provedena i probna ispitivanja ultrafiltracije s različitim uzorcima kišnice na laboratorijskom ultrafiltracijskom uređaju u Laboratoriju za vodu, gorivo i mazivo. Korišteni uzorci variraju prema mjestu i načinu prikupljanja te uključuju kišnicu iz okolice Zagreba iz otvorenog, odnosno zatvorenog spremnika te gradsku kišnicu iz zatvorenog spremnika. Za vrijeme postupka ultrafiltracije, prikupljani su podaci o protoku i padu tlaka za svaki pojedini uzorak tijekom 180 minuta intenzivnog opterećenja membrane. Podaci su analizirani te je za svaku vrstu vode utvrđena preporučena učestalost pranja. Također je napravljena jednostavna ekonomska analiza pojedinog sustava s ciljem utvrđivanja perioda povrata investicije.

Abstract

This paper presents different technological solutions of ultrafiltration system for rainwater treatment in households, buildings and smaller companies from simpler to more complex solutions. All technological solutions are shown in the 3D computer program „SolidWorks“ to determine the arrangement of parts in space. Operation of every technological solution is described and all equipment is listed within the system. Thesis also contains experimental part where basic physical-chemical analysis of rainwater is conducted and experimental tests with different rainwater samples are performed on laboratory ultrafiltration installation in Laboratory for Water, Fuels and Lubricants. Used samples vary according to place and collection method. Samples from vicinity of Zagreb from open and confined tank, as well as urban rainwater from confined tank, are included. During ultrafiltration process, data on flow and pressure drop are obtained for every sample during 180 minutes of intensive membrane load. Data was analyzed and recommended frequency of washing was determined. Also, simple economic analysis of each system is presented to determined investment payback period.
