Abstract (Croatian)

U radu su prikazani rezultati eksperimentalnih istraživanja procesa deformiranja plosnatih epruveta za vlačno ispitivanje izrađenih od nodularnog lijeva. Eksperimentom je obuhvaćeno statičko vlačno ispitivanje epruveta za dvije brzine deformiranja. Raspodjele pomaka i temperatura na vanjskim plohama epruveta za vrijeme eksperimenta određene su pomoću metoda fotogrametrije korištenjem optičkog mjernog sustava ARAMIS 4M te pomoću termoparova i infracrvene termografije. Usporedbom su dovedene u korelaciju elastoplastične deformacije i prirast površinskih temperatura. U radu su opisane teorijske osnove termografije, statičko vlačnog ispitivanja te osnove termoelastičnosti. U prilogu su dani rezultati statičko vlačnog ispitivanja optičkim sustavom ARAMIS 4M te IC kamerom za 12 odabranih vremenskih trenutaka (točaka) za svaku od pet ispitivanih epruveta. U radu su za pojedinu epruvetu odabrana tri vremenska trenutka (vremenske točke) koje prikazuju raspodjelu deformacija i temperatura po površini.

Abstract

The paper presents the results of experimental research of the process of deformation of flat specimen for tensile test. Specimens are made of nodular cast iron. The experiment included static tensile test of specimens for a two different speed of deformation. Displacement and temperature distribution on the surfaces ofthe specimens during expermint were determined using the method of photogrammetry with optical measurement system ARAMIS 4M, thermocouples and infrared thermography. Comparing brought elastic deformation and growth of surface temperature into correlation. The paper describes the theoretical foundations of thermal imaging, static tensile test and the basics of thermoelasticity. In attachement are the results of the static tensile tests from optical system ARAMIS 4M and IR camera for 12 selected time points of each of the five tested specimens. In the paper for each specimen are selected three time points that shows the distribution of strain and temperature on the surface.
