U ovom radu dano je projektno rješenje sustava klimatizacije, grijanja i hlađenja poslovne zgrade. Za grijanje i hlađenje poslovne zgrade koristi se dizalica topline voda/voda. Izvor topline za dizalicu topline je podzemna voda. Grijanje je predviđeno toplom vodom u režimu 50/35°C, a hlađenje hladnom vodom 12/16°C. U uredima, restoranu, prostoriji za sastanke, holu, te prostoriji za pušenje za potrebe grijanja i hlađenja koriste se ventilokonvektori s dvocijevnim i četverocijevnim sustavom. Ostali prostori nemaju sustav hlađenja, a kao ogrjevna tijela za hodnik se koriste ventilokonvektori u dvocijevnom sustavu, a za ostale prostore radijatori u režimu 50/35°C. Za potrebe ventilacije predviđen je sustav centralne niskotlačne klimatizacije s povratom topline iz istrošenog zraka. Kancelarije, hol i prostorija za sastanke ventiliraju se pomoću jedne klima jedinice, restoran i kafić pomoću druge, prostorija za pušenje pomoću treće te kuhinja pomoću četvrte. Također, ventilacija prostora za pušače riješena je u skladu Zakona o ograničavanju uporabe duhanskih proizvoda. U sanitarnim prostorima koristi se lokalna odsisna ventilacija, a u kuhinji odsisna napa. U prilogu se nalaze tablice s proračunima, rezultati, te crteži koji prikazuju raspored opreme, uključivo shemu instalacije grijanja i hlađenja.

Abstract

This thesis contains the project solution of HVAC system for a office building. The Heat pump water/water combined with existing gas boiler-room is used for heating and cooling. The source for heat pump is underground water. Heating has been planned with hot water temperature regime 50/35°C, while cooling with cold water temperature regime 12/16 °C. In offices, restaurant, meeting room, corridor and in smoking area heating and cooling needs are covered by fan coils in two or four pipe hydronic system. In other room cooling system has not been planned, fan coils and radiators are used for heating. For the ventilation purposes low-pressure air - conditioning system with heat recovery has been planned. Offices, meeting room and corridor are ventilated by one air handling unit, restaurant and caffe bar by second, smoking area by third and kitchen by fourth. Also, the ventilation of smoking area is design according to the Law on limiting the use of tobacco products. In sanitary areas local exhaust ventilation has been planned and in kitchen exhaust hood. Annex contains complete tables with calculations and graphic illustration of the arrangement of the equipment and shematic for the connection and regulation of the system.
