Na 2,5 MW vjetroagregatu s horizontalnom osi vrtnje kojeg proizvodi tvrtka Končar (oznaka VA K80) postavljen je sustav nadzora i upravljanja koji između ostalog omogućuje mjerenje i pohranjivanje brzine i smjera vjetra te deformacija konstrukcijskih dijelova primjenom tenzometarskih traka. Na temelju mjerenih deformacija i upotrebom računalnih simulacija u programskom paketu Abaqus koji primjenjuje metodu konačnih elemenata razvijen je postupak za procjenu opterećenja stupa vjetroagregata. Dobivena opterećenja uspoređena su opterećenjima za iste radne uvjete dobivenim pomoću programskog paketa Bladed. Za odabrani reprezentativan uzorak procijenjenih opterećenja provedena je S N analiza zamora na području oko otvora vrata. Diplomski rad je napravljen u okviru RCOP projekta „Centre of Excellence for Structural Health“ (CEEStructHealth) sufinanciranog iz sredstava Europske unije (ugovor IPA2007/HR/16IPO/001-040513).

Abstract

The 2.5 MW wind turbine, with a horizontal axis of rotation which is manufactured by Končar (designation VA K80), is equipped with supervision and control systems, which among other things allows measuring and storing values of a wind speed and direction and strain of placed gauges. Based on the measured strain and the use of computer simulations in software package called Abaqus which uses finite element a method was developed to estimate the load of the wind turbine. The calculated loads are compared with the loads obtained by using the software package Bladed for same working conditions. For the selected representative sample of the calculated load S–N fatigue analysis is carried in the area around the door opening. Master thesis is done in the framework of the RCOP project "Centre of Excellence for Structural Health" (CEEStructHealth) co-financed by the European Union (contract IPA2007/HR/16IPO/001-040513).
