Abstract (Croatian)

U radu su opisane simulacije i optimiranja proizvodnih procesa, faze simulacijskog procesa, genetički algoritam, neuronske mreže, simulacijski sustav Tecnomatix Plant Simulation te je izrađena i optimizirana proizvodnja SOP-a i POP-a. Simulacija predstavlja alat poslovnog procesnog reinženjeringa koja omogućuje vizualizaciju, analizu, poboljšavanje i optimizaciju poslovnih procesa. Služi za prikazivanje nekih svojstava ili vladanja fizičkog ili apstraktnog sustava s pomoću vladanja nekog drugog sustava. Modelom se naziva kopija, prikaz, slika ili prezentacija nekoga realnog sustava, koja je napravljena da bi se prikazao taj sustav i omogućilo njegovo daljnje proučavanje i upoznavanje, tj. model je pojednostavljeni prikaz realnoga sustava da bi poslužio boljem razumijevanju i/ili daljnjem proučavanju tog sustava i eksperimentiranju s njim. Genetički algoritam je heuristička metoda optimiranja koja imitira prirodni evolucijski proces. Predstavlja tehniku pretraživanja koja se koristi u računarstvu za pronalazak točnih ili približno točnih rješenja za probleme optimizacije i pretraživanja. Neuronska mreža je skup međusobno povezanih jednostavnih procesnih elemenata, jedinica ili čvorova, čija se funkcionalnost temelji na biološkom neuronu. Pri tome je obradbena moć mreže pohranjena u snazi veza između pojedinih neurona tj. težinama do kojih se dolazi postupkom prilagodbe odnosno učenjem iz skupa podataka za učenje. Plant Simulation je kompjuterska aplikacija koju je razvio Siemens za modeliranje, simuliranje, analiziranje, vizualiziranje i optimiziranje proizvodnih sustava i procesa, protoka materijala i logističkih operacija. U zadnjem poglavlju je kreirana simulacija proizvodnje slobodno okretnog postolja i pogonjenog okretnog postolja. Simulacija proizvodnje SOP-a je trajala 12 dana i 22 minute, te se vrijeme proizvodnje optimiziralo pomoću alata GAWizard-a koji koristi genetičke algoritme, tako da mijenja redoslijed operacija tražeći minimum. Nakon optimizacije vrijeme proizvodnje se smanjilo za 2 dana, 1 sat i 4 minute, dok vrijeme proizvodnje POP-a prije optimizacije iznosi 12 dana, 1 sat i 37 minuta, a nakon se smanjilo za 1 dan, 9 sati i 12 minuta te iznosi 10 dana, 16 sati i 25 minuta.

Abstract

The simulation and optimization of the manufacturing processes, phases of the simulation process, genetic algorithm, neural networks, simulation system Tecnomatix Plant Simulation are described in this work, and manufacture of the SOP and POP are created and optimized. The simulation represent the tool of business process reengineering which enables visualization, analysis, improvement and optimization of business process. It serves for presentation of some features, physical or abstract system which is running over some other systems. The copy, display, picture or presentation is called a model of some real system which is made to show that system and enable his further studying and exploring, that means the model is simplified display of real system to serve a better understanding or further studying the system and his experimentation. The genetic algorithm is a heuristic method of optimization which imitates the natural process of evaluation. It represent the technique of research which is performed in computing for finding the exact or most accurate solutions for optimization and research problems. Neural network is a set of interrelated simple process elements, units or nodes which functionality is based on biological neuron. The power of the network is stored in connection powers between some neurons in other words the heaviness that can be reached by procedure of adaptation or learning from dataset for learning. Plant simulation is computer application which was developed by Siemens for modeling, simulation, analysis, visualization and optimization of production systems and processes, material flow and logistic operations. In last chapter is the simulation of production of freely rotating stand and driven rotating stand. Simulation of production SOP was last 12 days and 22 minutes and the time of production was optimize with GAWizard tool which is using genetic algorithams in a way that changes the sequence of operations seeking for a minimum. After the optimization the time of production was reduced by 2 days, 1 hour and 4 minutes while the time of production of POP before optimization is 12 days, 1 hour and 37 minutes and after it reduce for 1 day, 9 hours and 12 minutes which is total of 10 days, 16 hours and 25 minutes.
