U radu je prikazana logistika proizvodnje poduzeća Elektro – Kontakt d.d. U prvom dijelu rada je kroz teoriju definirana logistika, opisani su logistički sustavi te su prikazani značaj i ciljevi logistike. Logistika se dalje dijeli na 5 poslovnih (logističkih) funkcija – logistiku proizvodnje, logistiku nabave, logistiku prodaje i distribucije, logistiku skladišta te na logistiku transporta. Narudžbe kupaca i predviđanja prodaje predstavljaju inpute za planiranje proizvodnje. Na temelju količine gotovih proizvoda i nedovršenih proizvoda, kontrolira se širina proizvodnje, a informacijama se proizvodnja „hrani“ kako bi se omogućio potreban ulaz sirovina. U tu se svrhu ukupni sustav logistike razlaže na sljedeće funkcijske logističke podsustave: naručivanje, otprema i isporuka, upravljanje zalihama, rukovanje materijalom i transport. Kako spomenuti podsustavi funkcioniraju unutar poduzeća prikazano je na primjeru Elektro Kontakt-a kroz organizaciju logističkog sustava samog poduzeća te na provedenoj analizi plana proizvodnje regulatora energije.

Abstract

This paper presents the production logistics of the company Elektro Kontakt d.d. First part defines logistics, logistics systems are described, and the importance and objectives of logistics are shown. Logistics is further divided into five business (logistic) functions – production logistics, logistics of procurement, logistics of sales and distribution, logistics of storage, and transport logistics. Customer orders and sales forecasts are inputs for production planning. On the basis of the quantity of finished products and unfinished products, the width of production is controlled and information is used to enhance production in order to allow the required input of raw materials. For this purpose, the overall logistics system is decomposed into the following functional logistics subsystems: ordering, shipment and delivery, inventory management, material handling and transportation. The function of the aforementioned subsystems within the company is shown in the example of Elektro Kontakt and through the organization of the logistics system of the company and on the analysis of the production plan of the energy regulator.
