Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu je kombinacijom probabilističkog modela vjerojatnosti i metodologije planiranja pokusa dobiven utjecaj različitih uvjeta na minimalnu energiju paljenja standardne kalibracijske prašine. U prvom dijelu dan je presjek probabilističkog modela vjerojatnosti s naglaskom na normalnu i log- normalnu distribuciju slučajne varijable kontinuiranog karaktera. Nakon toga prikazan je presjek faktorskih planova pokusa na dvije razine što je bila teorijska podloga eksperimentalnom istraživanju. Varirani su uvjeti bili koncentracija prašine i vrijeme razmaka između raspršenja prašine i pojave iskre unutar eksperimentalnog postava, a energija je bila promatrana zavisna varijabla. U četvrtom dijelu prikazani su rezultati ispitivanja prašine na eksperimentalnom postavu te se pristupilo statističkoj obradi rezultata i matematičkom modeliranju metodom odzivnih površina iz čega proizlaze matematički modeli ovisnosti ispitivane veličine o ulaznim parametrima.

Abstract

In this thesis is with combination of probability model and methodology of design and analysis of experiments obtained the effect of different conditions on minimum ignition energy of air/ dust mixture. In the first part is shown the section of probability models with the stress on normal and log- normal distribution of random variable with continuing character. After that is shown the section of factorial design of experiments with variation of factors on two levels what was theoretical base for experimental research. The conditions that varied were dust concentration and delay time between dust dispersion and spark appearance inside the experimental lining, energy was observed like dependent variable. In the fourth part are shown the dust testing results on experimental lining and it had been approached to the statistical result treatment and mathematical modeling method with response surfaces. From that was obtained the mathematical model of dependent tested value concerning the input parameters.
