Abstract (Croatian)

Zadatak ovog rada je konstruirati manipulatorsku ruku koja se koristi na robotiziranom vozilu. Manipulator ima višenamjensku primjenu, opremljen je hvataljkom, te s topom za vodu i pjenu za gašenje požara. U radu su prikazani koncepti manipulatora te daljnja razrada i konstrukcijska rješenja pojedinih dijelova odabranog koncepta. U proračunu je prikazano i dimenzioniranje nestandardnih dijelova, te izbor standardnih dijelova koji su korišteni u konstrukciji. Na kraju je napravljena kompletna tehnička dokumentacija koja je priložena uz rad. Za konstruiranje korišten je računalni program Solidworks 2014 u kojem su napravljeni svi modeli, te tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract

The task of this thesis is to design the manipulating arm mountable on to a robotic vehicle. The manipulator is multifunctional, equipped with the gripper and the water or foam cannon used for fire extinguishing. The thesis presents manipulating arm concepts, the detailed design and design solutions for all parts of the selected concept. The dimensioning of non-standard parts and the selection of standard parts, used in the design, are shown; they were made according to the calculations that were performed and are also presented. In the appendix, the complete technical documentation is presented and attached to the thesis. Solidworks 2014 was used as the design software, in which all 3D models and the technical documentation were made.
