Abstract (Croatian)

U diplomskom radu „Izbor prikladnog plana pokusa za istraživanje sila rezanja“ obrađene su spoznaje o obradivosti materijala kod postupaka obrade odvajanjem čestica sa ciljem definiranja najpovoljnijeg plana pokusa i matematičkog modela za određivanje glavne sile rezanja kod tokarenja. Rad je podijeljen na dva dijela. U prvom, teorijskom, dijelu objašnjene su definicije, kriteriji, metode i funkcije obradivosti materijala. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na matematičko modeliranje funkcija obradivosti koje obuhvaća plan pokusa, odabir matematičkih modela i regresijsku analizu i tumačenje rezultata. U drugom dijelu rada prikazano je eksperimentalno istraživanje utjecaja parametara procesa rezanja na sile rezanja. Korišteni su planovi pokusa za matematičke modele prvog i drugog stupnja. Rezultati dobiveni eksperimentom obrađeni su programskim paketom Statsoft Statistica v10.0.1011 nakon čega je napravljena komparativna analiza rezultata za različite planove pokusa.

Abstract

In diploma thesis „Selection of adequate experiment plan for research into cutting forces“ are studied insights about material machinability with objective to determine the best experiment plan and mathematical model for determening main cutting force in turning. This paper is divided in two parts. In first, theoretical, part criteria, methods and functions of material machinability are explained. Special emphasis is on mathematical modeling of machinability functions which includes design of experiment, selection of mathematical models and regression analysis and result interpretation. Second part of this paper shows experimental research of influential cutting process factors on the cutting forces. Experimental plans for mathematical models of first and second degree were used. Experimental results were analyzed in software package Statsoft Statistica v10.0.1011 and comparative analysis was conducted for different experimental plans.
