Abstract (Croatian)

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj pojedinog aktivacijskog A-TIG premaza na profil navara nehrđajućeg austenitnog čelika kvalitete AISI 304 debljine 5 [mm]. Proces navarivanja izveden je robotiziranim TIG postupkom. U radu su detaljno objašnjene karakteristike i specifičnosti robotiziranog TIG postupka zavarivanja. Detaljno su navedene podjele austenitnih čelika kao i njihove osnovne karakteristike. U zaključku diplomskog rada analizom dobivenih podataka, parametara i rezultata objašnjava se utjecaj pojedinih konstituenata A-TIG aktivacijskog premaza na profil navara i tehnološku primjenjivost premaza pri robotiziranom zavarivanju u industrijskoj proizvodnji.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to determine the influence of each activation A-TIG coating on the bead on plate profile of the austenitic stainless steel AISI 304, thicknes 5 [mm]. The welding process was performed by robot with TIG equipment. This paper ilustrates in details the characteristics and properties of robotic TIG welding. Classification and properties of austentic steels are also elaborated in this work. The conclusion of the thesis contains analysis of the attained results, parameters and other data. This information are used to explain the influence of the individual constituent on the bead on plate profile and its technological applicability in robotic welding in the industry.
