Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu razmotrena je mogućnost automatske montaže transportne linije za izlaz gotovih proizvoda iz stroja. Opisani su transportna linija i poduzeće u kojemu se njezina montaža obavlja. Prema Boothroydu i Dewhurstu napravljene su analize za automatsku i dvije varijante manipulatorske montaže te određene cijene sklapanja. Dobivenim rezultatima pokazalo se da je manipulatorska montaža ekonomičnija od automatske. Detaljno su specificirane i oblikovane dvije varijante manipulatorskog montažnog sustava. Fleksibilnija varijanta sustava zahtijeva veća investicijska ulaganja, no pretpostavlja se da će se takav sustav koristiti i za sklapanje drugih proizvoda u tvornici. Konačan odabir varijante sustava za realizaciju ovisi o stavu poduzeća o željenom stupnju automatizacije drugih procesa montaže.

Abstract

This thesis considers the possibility of automatic assembly of a transfer line from the output of finished products from the machine. Transport line and the company in which assembly of the line occurs are described. The analysis of automatic assembly is performed by Boothroyd’s and Dewhurst’s method for three cases: for automatic assembly and for two versions of robotic assembly. The results of the analysis have shown that robotic assembly is more cost-effective than automatic assembly. The two versions of robotic assembly are specified and designed in detail. More flexible variant of the system requires larger investment, but it is assumed that such system would be used for assembly of other products in the plant. The final choice of the system for realization depends on the company’s attitude regarding desired level of automation of other assembly processes
